Do I need an appointment, or can I drop in?

For most work, an appointment is best — we plan the day around the bookings on the schedule. For a quick look or a quote conversation, drop in any time during workshop hours. We'll do our best to make time.

How long will my car be in the workshop?

Depends on the job. Most logbook services and diagnostic visits are same-day. Transmission services, suspension repairs and rebuilds usually run 1–3 days. We'll give you an honest ETA when we quote the job.

Will I get a quote before any work happens?

Yes, always. We diagnose first, quote second. You approve the quote in writing before we touch a bolt. No surprises on the invoice.

Are you a Land Rover dealer?

No — we're an independent specialist workshop. We're not authorised by Land Rover Australia, and we don't claim to be. We just happen to have spent twenty years on these cars and use the same diagnostic tools and OEM parts the dealer does.

Do you do warranty work?

Land Rover dealer warranty work needs to go through a dealer — we can't action that for you. For post-warranty cars, used-buy warranty cars, or extended-warranty work, talk to us first — we'll often work with your warranty provider directly.

Where do I park when I arrive?

There's customer parking out the front. Pull up wherever's clear and come into the workshop — we'll sort the rest from there.
